Bayside Adventure Sports (BAS) is a reflection of its founder and current President, Greg Weisman. Combining family with outdoors, friends, fitness, adventure, and ministry is a summary of his life and the foundation of BAS.

Since 1981 when Greg and his wife, Gloria, were married, Greg served as a Youth Pastor for 20 years, Small Groups Pastor for 4 years, and Men’s Pastor for 5 years – with the first five years in Youth For Christ then the following 24 years in two mega-churches (11 years at Wooddale Church in Eden Prairie, MN and 13 years at Bayside Church in Granite Bay, CA where he continues today). In 1998 he launched Bayside Adventure Sports as a hobby and has continued to lead it as a volunteer.

Since 1998 Bayside Adventure Sports has been offering single and multi-day experiences for all ages and all levels. From multi-day dirt bike rides and camping in the Nevada desert to peaceful kayaking in the mountain lakes of the Sierra. From the rugged top of Mt. Shasta to the Indian Sandstone of Moab, Utah.  Some trips are for beginners, some are reserved for those who have honed their skills.
