Yosemite 2008 – We Climbed the Rock

Bayside’s annual trip to Yosemite and hike up Half Dome was another smash hit. Dozens of Baysiders rose before dawn to hike to the summit of Half Dome. Hikers as young as 8 and old as 70 completed the daunting 5000 foot climb and 17 mile round trip trek, including many first timers. The food by Kevin was terrific and Sunday services were touching and inspirational. If you missed this trip this year, sign up early in 2009 – it is truly a must do!
